Start your Sunday with intention and ease.
Join Banquets by Prairie Bluff on the patio for a 1-hour gentle full body stretch class.
We’ll focus on breathwork, light mobility and mindful movements to awaken your body and calm your mind.
After class enjoy a hot or iced coffee at our coffee bar before heading out and starting your day.
